Regular Visa-on-arrival Fee per Person
There are two kinds of fee for Visa on arrival (pick up at the airport): service fee and stamping fee.
Service Fee: This service fee will be used to process your visa approval letter.
Stamping Fee: You will pay this stamping fee at the Vietnam airport to get your passport stamped. Your approval letter will be the legal evidence to show the airport officer that you are allowed to legally enter Vietnam by the Vietnam Immigration Department.

How can I pay for the approval letter service fee?
We accept major debit/credit cards including Visa, Master and JCB. If you wish to pay by Paypal or Amex, please contact us for recipient information.
Is making an online payment secure?
Yes, the Onepay payment system uses 128-bit SSL encryption to protect your transaction information. You can check out onepay.vn for their security measures and statements.
I do not have a credit card, can I use my friend's card to pay for the fee?
Yes, you can. Though we use 3D security measure to detect fraud transaction, please also make sure you notify your friend about the transaction to avoid future payment dispute.
My application is declined. Can I get a refund?
Yes, we run a 100% full refund policy for the declined applications. When your application is declined, we will notify you by email with proof of refund.
