Vietnam visa application Procedure for United Arab Emirates citizens

If you want to get Vietnam visa, these conditions must be met:

• The passport must be valid for at least 06 months. 
• Being employed and/or have a legitimate income in UAE or abroad; or have a sponsor company in Vietnam. 
• When applying for a tourist visa, there must be a schedule and specific plans for visiting Vietnam... 
• Other conditions as prescribed by visa law depending on the specific time of applying for the visa. 

UAE citizens have 3 choices of applying for Vietnam visa:

1. Sign up for Vietnam visa via email or via our website:

UAE passport holder applying for Vietnam visa will follow a special procedure. Therefore, visa applicants must contact us in advance via email or telephone to discuss the conditions and the process of working for each specific case. Vietnam visa processing time for UAE will be longer than usual, with a minimum of 7 to 15 working days.
The service fee for each visa type will differ from what we publish on this website. When contacting us, you will be informed of the official fee and the completion time.

2. Get Vietnam Visa at Vietnam Embassy:

Citizens of UAE please contact the Vietnamese Embassy/ Consulate in your country (if any) or Embassy/ Consulate of Vietnam in another country for your convenience.
To facilitate the process, please contact us for advice and to register for the service.

3. For UAE, Vietnam visa that can be registered online:

3.1. Vietnam tourist Visa for UAE tourist: Vietnam tourist visa (Tourism Visa) valid for a period from 1 month to 3 months. Vietnam’s Period of Residence is no more than 30 days (1 month). After the expiry of 30 days, foreigners are forced to leave Vietnam. If they wish to stay longer in Vietnam, visa extension/renewal is required.

3.2. Vietnam Business Visa for UAE Citizens:

The Business Visa is a short-term visa for the UAE passport for the short-term commercial operation & business in Vietnam with a duration from 1 to 3 months. The Business Visa is divided into 2 types as follows:

• Visa DN1 has a term for UAE citizens entering Vietnam for the purpose of working for business. This is the most popular type of visa that UAE and other foreigners use when have a short-term work in Vietnam.
• Visa DN2 is granted to UAE citizens for the sale services, establishment of companies, branches, representative offices… This type of Business Visa is less common.

3.3. Vietnam Work Visa for UAE workers:
Vietnam Work Visa is a long-term visa type for UAE who officially work for companies, branches, representative offices ... in Vietnam. Work Visa lasts for a maximum of 1 year and a maximum of 2 years given that a temporary residence card is provided. 

• Visa LĐ 1 is granted to UAE who have an exemption from Vietnam’s work permit.
• Visa LĐ 2 is granted to UAE who have a work permit.

3.4. Vietnam e-Visa for UAE Citizens:
E-Visa (EV) is granted to UAE citizens with a period of 30 days (1 month). The expiry of the UAE passport who can renew the visa or convert to other suitable visa types.

3.5. Online Vietnam Visa Registration procedure for UAE Citizens:

• UAE passport owners entering Vietnam for traveling or business/commercial purposes can sign up for "Visa on Arrival Airport" or "Visa at Border / Visa Run". With Business/Commercial purposes which not under the sponsor company, our company have ability to guarantee your Visa Application procedure. • UAE passport owners entering Vietnam under the sponsor company should apply for an "Employer Sponsor Visa" visa.  The application procedure at our webisite is specified in "How it Works" section.
• UAE passport owners entering Vietnam for a duration of less than 30 days should apply for an "Electronic Visa / E-visa" visa.  The application procedure at our website is specified in the "How it Works" section.
